Brussels, 03/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Kyoto Protocol is not yet in force and there are already worries about the international community's commitments beyond 2012 to try and effectively deal with climate change. Margot Wallström, European Commissioner for the Environment is convinced and confident that Russia will ratify the protocol and that one day the USA will have no choice but to support it too.
