02/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The CDU is organising on 11 June in Oberhausen, an event to close the European elections under the title "Europe 2004: Germany Can Do More". Participants include the President of the CDU Angela Merkel¸ candidates Hans-Gert Pöttering and Elmar Brok, President of the European Popular Party Wilfried Martens and the President of the European Convention Valéry Giscard d'Estaing.
