Guadalajara, 01/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU/Latin America/Caribbean Summit reported on progress made since the first summit of this kind in on cooperation in Rio in 1999. In particular, the Summit agreed to extend the 2002-2004 action plan to create a "Common Education Zone" until 2008.
