President of NATO Parliamentary Assembly calls on members of Alliance to boost ISAF mission in AFGHANISTAN

Bratislava, 01/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO, Doug Bereuter, has warned the Member States of the Alliance of the danger of the ISAF mission to Afghanistan failing, if the mission is not supported in the next weeks. Three weeks ahead of the Istanbul Summit, Mr Bereuter has announced that he will write to all the heads of State of the Member States of the Alliance to ask them to take the necessary steps to reinforce ISAF staff and equipment....
