Brussels, 01/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Commission is going to present mixed results on the setting up of the first phases of the European justice, police and immigration policy launched five years ago at the European Council of Tampere. Although the Tampere draft' deadline was up on 1 May, the European Commission has catalogued an array of delays and difficulties.
