Brussels, 24/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The oil producer countries must increase their production capacity while consumer countries must adopt policies to reduce energy consumption. This was the message from Energy Commissioner Loyola de Palacio during a ninth "International Energy Forum" held in Amsterdam on 22 to 24 May (see also p.17).
