Brussels, 12/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish minister for foreign affairs, Miguel Angel Moratinos, said on Tuesday in Madrid, during a press conference without the president of the European Parliament Pat Cox, that the positions of the different Member States on the European Constitution "are not totally different".
