12/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Regulation 789/2001 of 21 April 2004 aimed at facilitating the transfer of cargo and passenger ships between registers within the Community was published in the Official Journal L 138 of 30 April. The regulation, which repeals Regulation 613/91, will come into effect twenty days after publication.
