23/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Mary Minch, EU negotiator for the agriculture plank of the Doha Agenda, said in Geneva on Thursday that the EU could "move a bit" on this dossier, on export subsidies, for instance. The American negotiator Allen Johnson warned: if there is no progress by August, the negotiations will not be concluded this year.
