140 million euros for development operations with Morocco, Egypt and Jordan

Brussels, 13/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission gave its final approval on Wednesday for the funding projects under the MEDA programme in Morocco, Egypt and Jordan to the tune of 140.79 euros. Development co-operation for Morocco (71.79 million euros) will focus on balanced and sustainable economic development in the north of the country and reducing environmental damage. 7 million euros will provide Oudja with waste water disposal facilities, improving the quality of water...
