Brussels, 13/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Foreign Affairs Ministers are due to fine tune their positions on the situations in Kosovo and Iraq at a meeting on 16 and 17 April in Tullamore, Ireland. Irish Foriegn Affairs Minster Brian Cowen said that the agenda would be short in a letter inviting his colleagues to the "Gymnich" meeting (term refers to a castle near Bonn, Germany, where the first informal EU Foreign Affairs Ministers meeting took place on 20 and 21 April 1974).
