Brussels, 01/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers has agreed on the Commission's proposal to create a new European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). This is the final step in the process which began in July 2003 when the Commission presented the draft law to create the ECDC.
