Commission sends reasoned opinions to Italy, Portugal and BELGIUM

Brussels, 01/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the European Commission sent today reasoned opinions the last step before a formal complaint to the Court of Justice - to Italy, Portugal and Belgium for failure to respect EU legislation on formalities for ships arriving in and/or departing from EU ports.
