Sweden reflects on means of dealing with used oil by regeneration, but does not escape condemnation by court

Luxembourg, 01/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has found Sweden guilty of not taking necessary measures that prioritise the treatment of used oil by regeneration (treatment of used oils and transformed into other commercial products). Sweden has not denied that it has not transposed the last European draft amendment on "used oil", which should have been applied in Swedish law before 1 January 1990 (directive 87/101 amending the basic directive on the elimination of...
