European Free Alliance becomes European party with "youth" wing

Brussels, 30/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Free Alliance (EFA), which was founded more than twenty years ago as a party federation, became a European political party on 26 March in Barcelona with its own legal personality. Representatives from 30 political parties from throughout Europe signed the act in Barcelona that gave birth to the party.
