Brussels, 30/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Montreal on 26 March, the 183 parties to the Montreal Protocol on ozone-depleting substances reached a compromise on the time-scale for the phasing out of methyl bromide- a pesticide with particularly harmful effects on the ozone layer.
