30/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The figure "five was unfortunately used erroneously in an article on page 16 of EUROPE 26 March 2004 on the presentation of the European Court of Justice's annual report. It should have read that the Treaty of Nice had made the "election of 2 presidents from 2 chambers to 5 judges for three years" and not "the election of five presidents from five chambers for five years".
