Contribution of Council to spring key issue at Thursday meeting

Brussels, 08/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The 'Competitivity Council' (internal market, industry, research) taking place on Thursday 11 March, chaired by Mary Harney, Vice-President and Minister for Businesses, Trade and Employment for the Republic of Ireland, will be largely devoted to preparing for the European Council of 25 and 26 March.
