Strasbourg, 10/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Strasbourg the European Commission adopted its communication on the new financial perspectives in which it is seeking an enlarged EU budget (with 27 members) of EUR 143,100 bn in payment appropriations in 2013 (1.15% of Gross National Income of the EU by this date), taking into account the budgetisation of the European Development fund (EDF) and the Solidarity Fund.
