Brussels, 10/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday evening Eurogroup held one its shortest meetings in its history. An hour and a half was enough for them to go over all the stability programmes of the seven countries, examine the results of the G7 and have a wider examination of the accession issue of new Member States to the European exchange mechanism.
