Luxembourg, 10/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance has set a date of 30 March for the hearing of the parties in the case of Worldcom, the bankrupt American telecommunications company, which is challenging the European Commission's decision to ban its merger with its main rival, Sprint, as the American antitrust authorities have done (see EUROPE of 29 June 2000).
