Strasbourg, 10/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Strasbourg, the European Parliament adopted the report of British Conservative John Bowis, consisting of an assortment of compromise amendments supported by 5 of the political groups (EPP-DE, PES, ELDR, Greens/EFA and the UEN); the European Commission and the Irish presidency of the Council.
