Brussels, 23/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Swedish prime minister Göran Persson, following a meeting with Bertie Ahern in Dublin said that "we want to conclude as quickly as possible" the IGC on the European constitution but considered that the presidency of the European Council "should not speed up negotiations.
