19/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Polish Foreign Minster Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz said it was possible to reach an agreement on the European Constitution "in coming weeks". Last Friday in Berlin, after a meeting in the context of the "Weimar Triangle" (see EUROPE of 16 January, p.5), he said: "there was no miracle but the climate between us has improved (…). We believe there is a chance of success in coming weeks".
