19/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday in Strasbourg, the European Parliament adopted the report by German Christian Democrat Karin Glase calling for details concerning the implementation of the directive on the posting of workers (see EUROPE of 13 January, p;16). Ms Glase also insists on more controls allowing guarantees to be given mainly on salaries, overtime and the fight against social dumping.
