15/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The conference of the presidents of the political groups of the European Parliament decided to invite Colombian President Alvaro Uribe to speak before the plenary gathering at the first session in February. He will be followed during the second session in February by Croatian President Stipe Mesic.
