15/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the Council adopted, by written procedure, its decisions ratifying the agreements on extending the "Ecopoints" system to the four countries bordering Austria. This system manages the heavy good traffic travelling through Austria and applies sine 1 January 2004. These countries are: Switzerland, Croatia, Macedonia and Slovenia.
