Brussels, 23/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - While the 21 December Environment Council failed to reach agreement on the new criteria for bathing water, it held a constructive debate on climate change (see yesterday's Europe, p.5) and the Chemicals Directive. Additional results of Monday's meeting:
