Annual Ministerial Forum confirms need to strengthen partnership activities

Brussels, 08/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ministers of the European Union and of overseas countries and territories (OCT) gave a generally positive account of their cooperation at the annual forum which brought them together on Friday last in Brussels.
