03/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Peter Schieder, has voiced his extreme concern at the fact that Slobodan Milosevic, Vojislav Seselj and Nebojsa Pavkovic- all three of whom indicted by the International Criminal Court of The Hague- have put themselves forward as candidates for the forthcoming elections in Serbia.
