Brussels, 03/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Presidency reserves itself the right to present, at the Intergovernmental Conference on 8 December in Brussels just a few days before the European Council, "new reflection" on the elements of the future constitutional Treaty on which there is still no convergence at the IGC conclave in Naples, it was announced on Wednesday at the European Parliament in Brussels by EU Council President Roberto Antonione.
