The French group ZODIAC (aeronautical equipment and rubber boats) has acquired ICORE, subsidiary of the British group, SMITHS (annual turnover EUR 33 million), specialist in the area of aeronautical electrical looms for the non-military sector, and the French company PSA - PISCINES SERVICE ANJOU (annual turnover EUR 30 million), main player in swimming pool heating systems.
