02/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The adoption by the Commission of new measures in the energy sector (a communication and several proposal on electricity and gas, expected this Wednesday was postponed till 10 December. these measures, that the Energy Council will examine on 15 December, will contribute to making EU energy supplies safer and the implementation of the electricity and gas interanl market.
