CWT - CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL (French ACCOR and US CARLSON COMPANIES) will be merging its French subsidiary CARLSON WAGONLIT FRANCE with the French company, PROTRAVEL. The deal will create a leader in the marketing of tourism products, with a gross turnover turnover of EUR 2.3 bn (on the basis of the 2002 tax year) and a network of 527 agencies in France of which 323 specialise in business travel.
