Brussels, 25/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Representatives of the national parliaments of Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Turkey took part in the third joint meeting on the work of the Intergovernmental Conference on Monday afternoon, organised by the EP's constitutional committee and chaired by the Italian Giorgio Napolitano (Democratici de Sinistra).
