03/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The inaugural lecture of the Francqui Chair 2003-2004 of the Université catholique de Louvain will be awarded to Franklin Dehousse, on 6 November in Louvain. Mr Dehousse will examine the theme of 'Whether the European project continues to have a future? Impertinent thoughts on the draft Constitution prepared by the Convention.'
