Brussels, 03/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The regular reports that the European Commission will be adopting on 5 November on progress made by the ten acceding countries and the three candidate countries in order to present them immediately to the European Parliament meeting in plenary in Brussels will come as "no surprise", as the Commission spokesperson had earlier predicted and reliable sources confirm (see EUROPE of 28 October, p.10).
