Luxembourg, 03/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Gil Carlos Rodriguez Iglesias, still President this summer, rejected as 'clearly unfounded' the case by the Zaoui family, whose mother had been killed and daughter seriously wounded in an attack on 27 March 2002 against the Park Hotel in Netanya (Israel).
