27/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a meeting which ended in Rome on Wednesday, the European Union, the United Nations, the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Council of Europe agreed to strengthen their partnership in terms of training of civil experts for international crisis management missions.
