EU Troika in Moscow to prepare for Summit of 6 November

Brussels, 27/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - An EU troika will meet the Russia Foreign Minister, Igor Ivanov in Moscow on 28 October, ahead of the EU/Russia Summit in Rome on 6 November. The EU delegation will be headed up by Franco Frattini, Italian Foreign Minister, his Irish counterpart Brian Cowen, Javier Solana, High Representative of the EU for CFSP, and Günther Verheugen, Enlargement Commissioner.
