Commission refers case of five Member States regarding maritime safety to the Court of Justice

Brussels, 17/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday to take action at the Court of Justice against Belgium, Greece, the Netherlands, Finland and Austria regarding maritime safety. The first case concerns Belgium, Greece, the Netherlands and Finland.
