Brussels, 17/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Heads of State and Government of the EU testified their willingness to strengthen European defence, during their dinner of Thursday evening, after the first day of the European Council (see p.3). During this dinner, where several questions related to European defence were raised, a "consensus" was reached to accept "structured co-operation" for European defence.
