14/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - MEPs Elizabeth Montfort and Mario Mauro (EPP-ED, France and Italy respectively) indicated on Thursday in Brussels that the petition presented by MEPs and national MPs asking for Europe's Christian heritage to be recognised in the European Constitution has received over 300,000 signatures from civil society.
