The Belgian group, AGFA-GEVAERT, (turnover EUR 4683 million in 2002), specialist in picture processing, has bought up the "newspaper" activities of ESKO-GRAPHICS (staff of 1050), a world-wide provider in digital pre-press and pre-production products for the graphic arts and packaging sector. The amount spent on the deal remains undisclosed.
