The German KIRCH MEDIA group which is suffering losses has sold 51% of its stake in the German sport rights company ISPR to the SPORTFIVE agency, which is owned by the private TV groups RTL and CANAL+. The sale is worth around EUR 5 million. The German AXEL SPRINGER company will preserve a 49% holding.
