14/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Around three million people in Europe and Central Asia are unable to return to their homes after having fled war or violations of human rights, according to estimates made in an ODIHR report. 13 of the 55 countries with which the organisation is concerned, involved displaced persons: Armenia, Azebaijan, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, FYROM, Moldova, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
