14/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Environment Minister of Aragon (Spain), Alfredo Boné, will this Thursday table an official complaint to the European Commission against the Spanish government for failing to observe Community rules when completing its national hydrological plan. He is particularly critical of the insufficiency of the environmental impact study, and that no integrated plan for the Ebro delta was presented.
