08/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to AFP, the new toll system for heavy goods lorries that Germany has wanted to introduce for several months, will not enter into force on 2 November as planned. Manfred Stolpe, the German Minister for Transport admitted on Monday in a TV interview that, "One thing is certain: the Christmas celebrations will be toll-free".
