Brussels, 02/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - the European Union and the 77 ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific) have not managed to resolve all their differences on the future Economic and Partnership Agreements (EPA) to negotiate between the EU and countries from ACP regional integration within the Cotonou Agreement.
