Strasbourg, 23/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - During his speech to the European Parliament in Tuesday's plenary session in Strasbourg, Romanian President Ion Iliescu retraced his country's gloomy history under Communist rule and the efforts made over fifteen years to structure a working democracy.
